DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Continuously optimize the method and process to reduce costs and to improve yield as well as to ensure the quality.

Train and coach key technicians and operators to master production techniques.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

In-depth knowledge and expertise on material characters, production process;

5years or above experience on the operation and maintenance of PV industry related machines and facilities
